All sessions include an engineer and require a two-hour minimum. Recording sessions require a 40% deposit; the balance is due before or upon arrival, before the session begins. For longer sessions, multi-day recording blocks, or podcast block rates, contact us for a custom quote.

The minimum event charge is $375. Events lasting less than three hours are still charged the full three-hour rate.

Artist Development services: $100/hour
Block rates are available for clients planning more than four sessions per month. A consultation and custom quote are recommended for these plans.
Artist Development payment policy
Payment is due in full at the beginning of each 30-day period and is non-refundable. Sessions missed by the client may be rescheduled, subject to availability; rescheduling is not guaranteed.
This full-payment policy applies instead of the standard 20% booking deposit.
The setup for your event.
Every package covers up to six hours and includes all necessary cables and boxes. Additional time and charges are discussed during consultation.

On-site consultation: $100
The consultation takes place at the location where the installation services will be rendered. Installation pricing is determined through consultation and a custom quote.

Deposits & payment.
Standard booking policy
Recording sessions require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the confirmed total. Podcast sessions, DJ services, A/V rental, A/V installation work, and D’Maestro performances require a non-refundable deposit of 20%. Each deposit is applied toward your total.
The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival, before services begin.
Artist Development exception
The one-hour Artist Development consultation costs $75 and is paid in full upon booking. Artist Development services cost $100/hour and are paid in full at the beginning of each 30-day period, are non-refundable, and follow the missed-session policy above. This replaces the standard deposit for Artist Development.
